As we came out of the pandemic, I made the strategic decision to relocate my practice to Koh Samui - one of Asia's most exciting emerging luxury markets. I'm excited to be part of this dynamic island's ongoing transformation into a world-class hospitality destination. The combination of explosive market growth and the incredible quality of life that Samui offers makes this the perfect base for the next chapter of my career.
After more than 25 years in hospitality and marketing across some of the world's most demanding markets, I've learned that true success in this industry isn't just about perfect presentations and polished promotions - though I've certainly created my fair share of those. It's about understanding people, building genuine connections, and creating authentic experiences that resonate with discerning guests.
My journey has taken me from the UK's evolving restaurant scene to the dizzying heights of Hong Kong's luxury venues, with transformative projects in Dubai, Shanghai, and Beijing along the way. Working with some of hospitality's most innovative brands has taught me that whilst trends come and go, exceptional service and authentic experiences remain timeless.
